A professional touring/session guitarist since 2010 (for the likes of Colbie Caillat, Jessie James Decker, and many others) Wyndham found himself with time on his hands when the industry shut down in 2020. His “side project” of his own music quickly became his focus, as he wrapped up production and released a 16 song debut record during the following year. Chasing that momentum, his 2022 releases took that one step further, as he and his touring trio track their live arrangements in Nashville with no overdubs or safety net. 2023 saw the first 4 singles off of his second LP arrive, and now in 2024 we can expect the rest of LP 2 to level up even more!

In his own words:

“I moved to Nashville in 2010 to write songs, but quickly realized I could make a living playing guitar for folks. I’ve had a blast doing that, getting to tour with stellar artists like Colbie Caillat, Jessie James Decker, and a ton of talented folks I now get to call my friends. This whole ride has been a blast, but I’ve never stopped growing as a writer & a producer, & my dream has never changed.

I'm not the first musician to find their own sound while playing for others (Jimi Hendrix, Don Henley, & Duane Allman all did too), & it honestly feels like a rite of passage. A beautiful thing happens when you play music for a living, you can’t help but be immersed in it. You’re forced to grow beyond where you thought your limits would always be. You learn exactly what you like & don't like along with the theory that teaches you why. It's great for the art & craft of it and without all those gigs I wouldn't have my sound now.

The music I'm making is the culmination of 13 years of touring & sessions as a guitarist and a deep love for music that has only grown by being immersed in music & a part of the vibrant Nashville music community. If I'm going to release music, then I want it to be commercial while diving deep enough that my musician friends are going to enjoy playing and listening to it just as much as anyone.

I’ve loved making this music and I hope you enjoy listening!”
